If a merchants' credit card terminal fails and the problem cannot be corrected over the telephone by one of our technicians the Merchant Services Lifetime Replacement Warranty is all that you'll need. The warranty entitles the Merchant Services merchant account holder to a free replacement terminal, of equal or greater value, within three business days of notification to Merchant Services of the failure.
Merchant's receiving new credit card equipment through Merchant Services are also provided a Merchant Services Warranty Certificate to maintain in their records upon issuance of their new credit card processing merchant account identification number.
Prior to distributing the warranty certificate to the merchant, the warranty certificate will be signed and validated by an authorized Merchant Services sales or technical support manager, and will include the merchants' new credit card machine make, model, and serial number(s) on the warranty certificate itself to provide for quick identification of ownership, and processing of warranty claims.
